Summertime Snapshots

I absolutely love one of my neighbors front porch! Doesn't it look inviting? 

I can so see myself relaxing in one of those rocking chairs with a nice cold Mountain Dew. I bet you expected me to say lemonade, but alas I am a MT. Dew nut.

Sioux Falls Sculpture Walk

 This momma bear with her cubs is actually a rather large sculpture.

At least this time it wasn't me convincing someone to do something silly to 'get the shot'.

While in a small shop in Keystone last month I saw these amazing sculptures within sculptures.

While I loved the tone of the original SOOC shot I am more partial to the following black and white version.

They had more than these three but these were by far my favorites.

Eye Catching

Just a few shots that caught my eye last week.

 I just love how bright this headdress is.

 Still a long way to go with my action photography but I do like this shot.

There is just something about hot burning coals that I can't resist. I love photographing fire even though it is one of the few things that scare me.
