Sunrise on the Prairie

I am not an early morning person so on the rare occasion that I am out and about at sunrise I am always in awe of it's beauty. I am so glad my daughter was driving last Friday morning so I was able to capture this series of photos while we traveled. I am having a hard time deciding which is my favorite but am leaning toward the first shot or the third shot. Which do you like best?

I was also glad that it was just our car and the motorcycle in the eastbound lanes so that my daughter was able to change lanes and even ride the white line for a few seconds so I could get the following shots from slightly different angles.
I was really worried that our dirty windshield would ruin the shots. Luckily I was able to clean up most of the squished bugs.

Of course I couldn't pass up the chance to try for some nice silhouette shots. Although the glare on the windshield messed up the first shot a bit, I still like the shot.

One of these days I am going to have to take some sunrise shots that aren't out the window of a traveling vehicle.

i like the 2nd for its solitude, but i like the 1st for 'two ships passing in the night'. :)
